Little Eggplants

One of the teachers I work with gave me a beautiful eggplant plant last summer. It almost died due to neglect while I was on vacation in July, and it lost three little baby eggplants and all but one leaf. Once it got the sunshine it so desperately needed, it grew its leaves and little eggplants back quickly. I finally harvested them just before I went home in December. I didn't do anything special with them, I just made some spaghetti. Look how sweet the little eggplant family is:
